Ullas Kumar is a Telecom Systems Engineer with the Business Development Team in Rakon, Singapore. He holds a Masters degree in Electronics Design and Technology (Telecom) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Rakon, he worked for 15 years in the synchronization domain on traditional and packet synchronization techniques. He represents Rakon at various standardization bodies.
