Subbu Meiyappan is a Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at NextNav. Subbu has over 25 years of experience in design and development of complex hardware systems. At NextNav he oversees all of the hardware aspects of NextNav’s MBS System from building the MBS beacons to integrating the technology into mass market ICs. Prior to NextNav, Subbu was at Qualcomm, Airgo Networks, Cisco Systems and VLSI Technology. He has a dual Master’s in EE from Stanford University and Tennessee Tech University. He holds over 25 US patents and several pending.
