Dr. Barry is startup veteran with over 30 years and is a recognized innovator in IP networking and network synchronization. Charles has been a principal or founder of five startup companies since 1994, most recently, Luminous Cybernetics. Timing and synchronization technology has played a critical role in all of his startups. Dr. Barry holds a Ph.D. and a MSEE from Stanford, a B.S. in Physics from MIT and has co-authored more than 20 patents.
